Description: In given article applied at present approaches to optimization of the distributed data warehouses are analyzed. The new approach to optimization of the distributed data warehouses based on join application of genetic algorithm and object model of distributed data warehouse is offered. Also the structure of a chromosome for the modified genetic algorithm is presented.
