| Abstract: | Исследована проблема отсутствия системного подхода в классификации рисковых ситуаций лизинговых компаний, что ведет к неоднозначности определения весомости категорий риска, их степени влияния на осуществление конкретных лизинговых сделок, а, следовательно, и разработке наиболее эффективного алгоритма по их минимизации. Предлагается классификация рисков, которым подвергаются лизинговые компании, основываясь на принципе степени их влияния на осуществление лизингового механизма, определяются источники их происхождения и степень их воздействия на эффективность проекта. |
| Description: | The article investigates the problem of the lack of a systematic approach in the classification of risk situations leasing companies, which leads to ambiguity of definitions of weight categories of risk, their degree of influence on the implementation of the specific leasing transactions, and consequently to the elaboration of the most effective algorithm to minimize them. A classification of exposures for leasing companies, based on the principle of the degree of their influence on the implementation of the leasing mechanism determines the sources of their origin and their impact on effectiveness of the project. |
