Целью эксперимента являлось подтверждения влияния промышленного потенциала на ценность земли и нечувствительности его влияния к изменению отраслевой структуры города. |
| Description: | Considers the possibility of accounting for the impact of industrial potential of the city on the price of land in the cities of Donbass. Results of the experiment held for the cities of Donetsk region. The aim of the experiment was the evidence of the influence of the industrial potential on the value of land and insensitivity ego impact to changes in the sectoral structure of the city. |
