| Description: | The indicators of innovation activity in Russia in dynamics are investigated and their international comparison is carried out. Global indices of innovativeness of the Russian economy and their components are analyzed. Strengths and weaknesses of the Russian economy are identified and ways of improving the innovation development institutes in Russia are suggested. |
