В работе выполнен расчет расщепления валентной зоны в 27 полупроводниковых системах и показано к появлению каких особенностей в свойствах это расщепление может привести. |
| Description: | For a targeted measure the properties of semiconductor solutions in the right direction, it is important to have the most complete idea about the changes of the energy spectrum, connected with the change of composition. In the calculation of the splitting of the valence band in 27 semiconductor systems and shown to the emergence of any features in the properties of this splitting can lead. |
