| Description: | There is analyzed the U.S. government strategy of structural adjustment in the context of the formation of a new technological style. The influence of globalization factors in the formation of new industries is defined. There is determined the role of nanotechnology and biotechnology to achieve national self-sufficiency and retain the U.S. global technological leadership. |
