Abstract:	Показано, що у вугільній галузі можливі об'єднання на основі повного викупу й на безоплатній основі, яке можна використовувати у випадку збитковості діяльності шахт. Запропоновано укрупнений розрахунок можливої економічної ефективності об'єднання декількох підприємств, що враховує індекс зміни виробничих потужностей і річного обсягу видобутку.
Description:	It is shown that in coal industry associations are possible on the basis of complete redemption and free of charge, which it is possible to use in the case of unprofitable of activity of mines. The combined larger into units calculation of possible economic efficiency of association of a few enterprises, which takes into account the index of change of production capacities and annual volume of booty, is offered.
