| Description: | The article considers the influence of corporation on different spheres of vital functions of society, it elicits the aims and methods of this influence. It analyzes the consequences of corporate power. This article studies the specificity of the interaction of the state and corporate power. It singles out the features of perspective of deepening of the corporate influence in the modern global economy. |
