| Abstract: | В статье приведен анализ существующих критериев диагностики со- стояния режущего инструмента. Предложен новый критерий, основанный на анализе производной функции износа во времени. Критерий может быть без каких-либо усло- вий применён к широкому диапазону режимов резания: от силового резания до сверх- тонкой лезвийной обработки. Даны рекомендации по построению диагностического устройства. Для значительного увеличения надёжности предложено его построение на дискретных электрических компонентах, образующих обученную искусственную нейронную сеть. |
| Description: | In work the analysis of existing criterions of an evaluation of a condition of the cutting tool is conducted. Their classification is conducted. The criterion, invariant to modes of cut- ting is developed. The measure is inferred on the basis of the assaying of existing measure of diagnostic of an edge tool. Build-up of the device track ring pointed measure, bolted on dis- crete devices is offered. It considerably raises reliability of its operation. The device circuit diagrammed represents a tuned artificial neural net without tutoring function. |
