| Abstract: | В настоящее время в Украине продолжается реформирование бухгалтерского учета в целях внедрения Международных стандартов финансовой отчетности. Зарубежные инвесторы не доверяют национальным стандартам в Украине и выдвигают свои правила по трансформации финансовой отчетности. Однако процедура трансформации финансовой отчетности промышленного предприятия стоит сотни тысяч долларов, поэтому далеко не все компании могут себе это позволить. |
| Description: | The theme of financial statements transformation into International accounting is actual very much last years for many countries. However, it is not undastandable from fatheland professional literature, the nessecity and timeliness of this transfomation and its connection with activity of world financial markets. The aim of this article was to find and show the nessecity, advantages and deficiencies of passage to the International accounting by the way of historical excurs to development of financial markets. |
