| Description: | Segmentation of bright blobs in an image is an important problem in computer vision and particularly in biomedical imaging. In the article methods of color images segmentation such as region growing, thresholding, k-means and edge detection are considered. Experimental results for negative and positive cells extraction using images containing examples having different types and shapes of cells are presented. The accuracy estimation of classification methods for histological objects is resulted. |
