Abstract: This paper examines a tensor-based model for describing critical infrastructure (CI), ena-bling multidimensional analysis of system components, their attributes, interactions, and asso-ciated risks. The proposed model employs tensors to represent component attributes, function-al interactions, and threats, providing a systematic approach to analyze and predict infrastruc-ture behavior. Special emphasis is placed on mathematical methods such as tensor decomposi-tions and risk optimization to identify system vulnerabilities and develop protection strategies. Mathematical expressions are provided to detail the proposed model and its application in en-hancing the resilience and operational efficiency of CI.
