Abstract

Метою випускової кваліфікаційної роботи бакалавра є розвинення теоретичних та концептуальних засад, науково-методичних положень, аналітичного забезпечення, розробка практичних інструментів з удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу підприємства як складової системи менеджменту. Систематизовано сучасні концепції мотивації. Упорядковано інструментарій мотивації персоналу в сучасних умовах. Виконано моделювання компонентів системи мотивації персоналу. Проаналізовано проблематику розвитку ринку праці в Україні. Проаналізовано динаміку та темпи розвитку ринку праці в Україні. Виконано експертну оцінку ефективності діючої системи мотивації на підприємстві. Надано рекомендації з удосконалення системи мотивації персоналу на підприємстві.The purpose of the bachelor's graduation thesis is to develop theoretical and conceptual foundations, scientific and methodological provisions, analytical support, development of practical tools for improving the system of motivation of the company's personnel as a component of the management system. Systematized modern concepts of motivation. The toolkit of personnel motivation in modern conditions has been organized. Modeling of the components of the personnel motivation system was carried out. The problems of labor market development in Ukraine are analyzed. The dynamics and rates of development of the labor market in Ukraine are analyzed. An expert evaluation of the effectiveness of the current motivation system at the enterprise was carried out. Recommendations for improving the personnel motivation system at the enterprise were provided.
