Abstract: | There is no entire system of psychological performance of employees of arena security service and stewards today. That is why the point in question is to be studied theoretically and empirically, it demands detailed working-out. The article presents the results of the questionnaire of the stadium staff and empirical research of psychological features of development of professionally important qualities of employees of arena security service and stewarding department based on the set of diagnostics instruments. Suggestions are made as for psychological support of sports events on modern mega stadiums based on the study of practical developments of psychological support of various spheres of professional activity, the experience of European mega stadiums and separate psychological support activities on Ukrainian stadiums. Psychological providing is a complex of purposeful activities: professional psychological screening, psychological organization of specialists in the process of training and carrying-out work-related tasks. Practical importance of the development of the above mentioned document is to improve efficiency, optimize and perfect professional skills of the stadium staff, satisfy management needs and as a result to raise essentially the level of secure holding of the mass sports event for all categories of its participants. |
