Управління конкурентоспроможністю комерційних банків

Abstract

В першому розділі роботи проведено аналіз теоретичних підходів до визначення поняття конкурентоспроможності у фінансовому секторі, його сутності та основних завдань. Визначено та охарактеризовано основні складові конкурентоспроможності банків, досліджено підходи до оцінки конкурентоспроможності банків на сучасному етапі. Другий розділ присвячено аналізу стану розвитку банківського сектору країни, визначенню місця державного банку АТ «Ощадбанк» на ньому та оцінці результатів фінансової діяльності банку за 2020-2021 рр. У третьому розділі досліджено стан конкуренції на ринку банківських послуг України, окреслено перспективні підходи до управління конкурентоспроможністю, що можуть використовуватися вітчизняними банками та оцінено основні складові конкурентоспроможності ТОП-10 вітчизняних банків. The first section analyzes the theoretical approaches to defining the concept of competitiveness in the financial sector, its essence and main tasks. The main components of banks 'competitiveness have been identified and characterized, and approaches to assessing banks' competitiveness at the present stage have been studied. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the state of development of the banking sector of the country, determining the place of the state bank JSC "Savings Bank" on it and assessing the results of financial activities of the bank for 2020-2021. The third section examines the state of competition in the banking services market of Ukraine, outlines promising approaches to competitiveness management that can be used by domestic banks and assesses the main components of competitiveness of the TOP-10 domestic banks.
