Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито сутність розвитку організації. Досліджено сучасні моделі організаційного розвитку. Виокремлено особливості управління розвитком організацій в умовах карантину. Ідентифіковано вплив карантину на економіку України. Охарактеризовано фінансово-господарську діяльність компанії Vodafone. Проаналізовано напрями розвитку компанії Vodafone в сучасних умовах. Розроблено рекомендації щодо подальшого розвитку компанії Vodafone.The essence of the organization's development is revealed in the qualification work. Modern models of organizational development are studied. Features of management of development of the organization in the conditions of quarantine are allocated. The impact of quarantine on the economy of Ukraine has been identified. The financial and economic activity of Vodafone is described. The directions of Vodafone's development in modern conditions are analyzed. Recommendations for further development of Vodafone have been developed.
