Abstract:	It is a time of the Internet and information technologies rapid development. Services, websites and systems for acting from home appear almost everyday. Examples of such actions include online purchases, paying for utilities, and buying tickets. User feedback is an important driver for these services. It enables development and improvement. Based on user feedbacks, developers introduce changes, and other users gain experience about service or product. Feedbacks are everywhere on the Internet.
