Abstract

Corporate culture is basically an invisible part of the organization, which does not diminish its influence on employee behavior, but complicates its management and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis. Logistics in the system of corporate governance is considered as a specific tool for optimizing business processes and economic flows. Corporate logistics is a concept of ensuring strategic synergy in the process of organizing and managing the movement of goods in an industrial corporation. System organization of corporate logistics means the creation of a flexible mechanism for the development of the corporate system of goods movement.
