Abstract: The paper describes the method of generating a vacation schedule in distributed CRM-systems. The Salesforce platform was chosen as the CRM system. The structure of the vacation management subsystem for the selected CRM-system is designed in the work. On the basis of the formed requirements, input and output data the information and algorithmic maintenance with application of the device of fuzzy logic and neural networks has been offered.
