Бюджетування на рівні підприємства як новація сучасного фінансового менеджменту

Abstract

В магістерській роботі розглянуто сутність поняття «бюджетування», «бюджет», проаналізовані види бюджетів та технології їх складання. Досліджено фінансово-економічний стан підприємства. Розглянуто і проаналізовано основні проблеми бюджетування на підприємстві. Розроблені бюджети для підприємства на 2019р. Розроблена схема впровадження бюджетування в управління інноваційними процесами на підприємстві. Запропоновано автоматизувати бюджетування на підприємстві за допомогою програмного продукту SAP, який був обраний для підприємства методом порівняльного аналізу. In the master's thesis the essence of the concept of "budgeting", "budget", the types of budgets and technologies of their compilation are considered. The financial-economic state of the enterprise is investigated. The main problems of budgeting at the enterprise are considered and analyzed. Developed budgets for the company by 2019 The scheme of introduction of budgeting in the management of innovation processes at the enterprise is developed. It is proposed to automate budgeting at the enterprise using the SAP software product, which was selected for the enterprise by the method of comparative analysis.
