| Abstract: | Термін експлуатації більшості шахтних підйомних установок з барабанним виконавчим органом перевищує 30 років − вони періодично повинні проходити експертизу з промислової безпеки, за результатами якої приймається рішення про можливість подальшої експлуатації підйомної установки. На основі об'єктивних даних про параметри роботи установки можна отримати характеристики її елементів, зокрема гальмівних механізмів. Об'єктом дослідження є шахтна підйомна установка і параметри її роботи. Предмет дослідження − режим роботи підйомної установки і окремих її елементів. Мета роботи − підвищення ефективності експлуатації шахтних підйомних установок на основі вивчення процесів, що протікають при експлуатації підйомних установок. Ідея роботи полягає в підтримці працездатності шахтної підйомної установки за результатами оцінки роботи її елементів. |
| Description: | The term of operation of most mine lifting plants with a drum executive body is more than 30 years - they should periodically undergo an examination of industrial safety, which results in the decision on the possibility of further operation of the lifting plant. On the basis of objective data on the parameters of the installation, you can obtain the characteristics of its elements, including brake mechanisms. The object of the research is the mine lifting plant and its parameters. The subject of the study is the operation of the lifting plant and its individual elements. The purpose of the work is to increase the efficiency of operation of mine lifting plants on the basis of the study of processes occurring during the operation of lifting plants. The idea of the work is to maintain the efficiency of the mine lifting plant by the results of evaluation of the work of its elements. |
