Формування і наслідки державно-олігархічної моделі розвитку України

Abstract

The article investigates the conditions of origin and fixing of the state-oligarchic consensus during the period of the independent history of Ukraine. Logic of the post-soviet mass privatization, transformation of large business into monopolistic one, further into oligarchic in the conditions of forcing out of this process of mass owner is shown. Attention on contradiction between law legalization of new property and its moral illegitimacy in society as one of the conflict potential factors in a country is accented. During the analysis of penetration of oligarchy in power the conclusion about "privatization of the state" that becomes the most valuable asset for financially-oligarchic groups is done. Persistence and depth of the modern economic and socio-political crisis in a country is connected with destructive character of transformation changes that resulted in the deformation of base construction of the socio-economic system - "society - state - business". For overcoming of crisis and stopping the steady negative trend the changes both each of these elements and correlation between them for destruction of the state-oligarchic model of the development of Ukraine are proposed.
