Abstract

Systematization of procedures of analysis in energy and development of methodical positions are in relation to a complex analysis in windy energy. Energy is qualificatory industry of the entire civilized countries, basis of providing of them social and economic development, their independence. Innovation in the energy sector, including wind, are in modern Ukraine is of great importance both from its social effect and economic, because of the specific energy industry and is explored in the following section.
