| Abstract: | Research of the network traffic indicates the fractality of this process and shows inefficiency of Markov models. Therefore, the analysis of present network traffic is a very important scientific task. This article describes the result of analysis of the network traffic for modern call centre. This analysis was made in Excel environment. |
