| Abstract: | The article examines and describes the types of monopoly (dominant) abuse by the economic player on the market. The article provides a distinction between general and specific prohibitions. Basing on the conclusions which have been made, it proposes changes to the current legislation of Ukraine. У статті розглянуто та охарактеризовано види зловживання монопольним (домінуючим) становищем суб’єктом господарювання на ринку. Проведено розмежування між загальними і приватними заборонами. Запропоновано на основі зроблених висновків зміни до чинного законодавства України. |
