| Abstract: | Статья посвящена теоретико-методологическим аспектам отношений присвоения. В статье обосновывается фундаментальное положение, согласно которому развитие отношений присвоения должно осуществляться по направлениям снятия форм отчуждения. Для развития данного положения обосновывается необходимость разграничения понятий «форма присвоения» и «форма собственности». Форма присвоения обосновывается как общесистемная сущность всей совокупности отношений общественного производства, как внутренняя форма общества, как гносеологическая основа и методологический принцип институционализации экономического развития. |
| Description: | This article deal with the problem of property, especially private property, the introduction of which led to radical changes in the social structure and the extreme aggravation of all forms of alienation. In modern society, with its increasing trend towards dehumanization of almost all spheres of life - social, political and ideological problem of alienation is regaining a new stage of its development. The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological aspects of the appropriation relations. The article explains the fundamental position according to which the development of appropriation relations should be accomplished in the directions of alienation forms removal. In the development of this situation the necessity of distinction between "appropriation form" and "ownership" is justified. The appropriation form is justified as a system-wide nature of social production relations totality, as an internal form of the society, as an epistemological framework and methodological principle of economic development institutionalization. The form of assignment is determined by the form of society social nature of which is expressed by power system, its patterns and real content. Form of assignment does not always consider with the property in its legal sense. The developed social form of assignment involves the legal death of form which would mean a transition to a directly social form of assignment and consequently the reversal of all alienation forms. The preservation of private property in the legal sense in conditions of the undeveloped initial public form is dictated by the level of the productive forces development the preservation of the old division of labor and other characteristics of the productive forces including personal factors. The real social form of assignment is determined by the entire system of social relations. All this necessitates a formal institutionalization of public relations especially relations of the property as in the authorities so legally and economically senses. |
