| Description: | The development of modern world economy is characterized by extraordinary complication of state mechanisms that stipulate the necessity in reconsideration both of role and place for state and mechanisms for social regulation of human interrelations. The specific peculiarity for globalization of world economy is transformation processes that stipulate the need in brand new forms to regulate the development of business entities as it concerns the determination of guidelines for international integration taking into consideration the functional structural changes in activity of states. The purpose of the article is to ground the institutional determination of actors in international relations, to analyze modern interpretations for evolution of world political economical space, to determine the functional structure for world political economical space depending on sources of economical growth and authorities of actors in international relations. The evolution of world political economical space is a complex and multi aspect process, which analysis requires the complex approach taking into consideration the economical, social and political transformations. It is necessary to take into account that these components of world economical development always dialectically co-exist in the structure of world-view both at the individual and global levels. Thus, the solution of issue about their ratio should be understood as the acknowledgement of cognitive determinants for world economical development. According to the abovementioned international conflicts, cooperation and other forms for interaction of actors within world political economical space in a less degree are the source of bilateral international relations. This refers to the functional structure for world political economical space of dissipative type, which is characterized firstly by structural transformations of world economical system according to the needs of social and technological process; secondly, domination of self-organization principle for each individual segment of world economical system according to the laws for disintegration of ownership rights and personification of actors' interests within world political economical space; thirdly, consolidation of constructive rules for relations of actors' liability, which resist to unified logic of economical utility, go beyond the economical determinism and are individualized. Therefore, we can mention that actors in international relations are in special form of interaction, which is provided by a complex of social mechanisms, having different orientation and importance. Naturally, world political economical space is multidimensional. The evolution of world political economical space within such context is the basis to settle the discrepancies between actors of international relations. The functional peculiarities for these discrepancies depend on purposes of actors' activity, as well as their place in the general structure of power field. Hereby the main thing in the analysis for dynamics and tendencies of world political economical space is transparency of actors in international relations. |
