Abstract:	У статті розглянуто проблемні питання вирішення стратегічних завдань розвитку промисловості в Україні. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки довгострокової стратегії економічного розвитку, яка враховує незацікавленість розвинених країн у відході України від сировинної орієнтації економіки, здійсненні раціональної структурної промислової політики.
Description:	The article considers the major problem issues in solving the strategic task of our country modernization. It grounds the necessity of developing the long-term strategy of economic develop ment which would take into account the disinterest of developed countries in Ukraine's moving away from the raw material orientation of its economy and strengthening its position in high-tech industries; сonsisting of direct foreign investment is analysed of Ukraine and certainly and the world tendencies of FDI are described in a after crisis period. Problems and prospects of the investment providing of economy are exposed.
