| Abstract: | The problem of measurement of mechanical sizes on three-coordinate IMS in conditions of action of handicapes with angauss in density of distribution of probabilities is considered. It is shown, that the account of action angauss handicapes raises accuracy of measurement of the geometrical sizes of objects with a complex spatial surface. |
