| Description: | In this article the features of the process of corpo-ratization in Ukraine are researched. It identifies and analyzes the positive and negative consequences of the influence of corporations in all spheres of society. There the specificity of the interaction of state and corporate power is investigated. This article identifies characteristics and prospects of deepening of the corporate influence in the Ukrainian economy. |
