| Abstract: | Досліджуються тенденції та фактори, які зумовили дестабілізацію державних фінансів в Україні, серед яких виділяються інституційні та політичні чинники. Для стабілізації державних фінансів в Україні об’єктива необхідність обґрунтовується необхідність лібералізації фіскальної політики і зниження рівня державного перерозподілу ВВП. Для цього пропонується нормативне закріплення загальних обсягів державних витрат та їх структури у бюджетній стратегії. |
| Description: | Trends and factors stipulated the public finances in Ukraine destabilization including the institutional and political, are investigated. For the public finances in Ukraine stabilization an objective necessity of liberalization of fiscal policy and decline of level of state redistribution of GDP is grounded. The normative fixing of general volumes of the government spending and their structure in budgetary strategy is offered. |
