| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено дослідженню складу та визначенню функцій базових інститутів людського розвитку. В роботі висвітлено методологію розрахунку Індексу людського розвитку за оновленою методикою, наведено основні тенденції в області людського розвитку в світі й Україні, обґрунтовано висновок про необхідність визначення інституційних основ людського розвитку, виділено базові інститути людського розвитку та визначено їх основні функції, запропоновано напрямки формування інституційних основ людського розвитку України в розрізі базових інститутів. |
| Description: | The article is devoted research of the composition and definition of the functions basic institutes of human development. The methodology for calculating the Human Development Index of the updated methodology presented, the main trends in human development in the world and Ukraine are given, the output of the need to define the institutional framework of human development is justified, the basic institutes of human development are identified and their basic functions are defined, the direction of formation of the institutional foundations of human development in Ukraine in the context of the basic institutions proposed in the work. |
