| Abstract: | Запропоновано теоретичну модель соціально-адекватного менеджменту. Соціальна адекватність досягається на основі її адаптованості до функціонування у суспільній системі та враховує головні інтереси соціального розвитку, найбільш важливі риси менталітету, соціуму. Модель може використовуватися як теоретична основа у процесі пошуку виходу з кризової ситуації в українському соціальному менеджменті. |
| Description: | The author offers theoretical model of socially adequate management. Social adequacy is achieved on the basis of its adaptation to functioning in social system and considers main interests of social development, more significant features of mentality and social environment. The model can be used as theoretical foundation for searching ways out of crisis situation in Ukrainian social management. |
