| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано зміни, які відбулися у відносинах власності в Україні у пострадянський період з інституціональних позицій. Висвітлено і досліджено наслідки поверхового уявлення влади до трансформації інституту власності. Запропоновано напрямки, націлені на усунення існуючих суперечностей і деформацій у функціонуванні інституту власності в Україні та формування ефективного власника. |
| Description: | This article gives analysis of the changes that have occurred in property relations in Ukraine in the post-Soviet period from the point of view of institutional positions. The consequences of the surface presentation of the power to the transformation of the institution of property are identified and investigated. The author proposes strategies aimed at eliminating the existing contradictions and strains in the functioning of the institution of property in Ukraine and the formation of an efficient owner. |
