| Abstract: | Проведено аналіз існуючих тенденцій розвитку машинобудування Хмельницької області. Доведено, що успішна діяльність підприємств обумовлена, насамперед, зміною пріоритетних напрямків удосконалення якості продукції в сторону активізації трудового потенціалу. Запропоновано створення інтегративних систем управління якістю, які націлені на виконання вимог стандартів ISO за допомогою методів забезпечення якості, які містить концепція TQM. |
| Description: | In conditions of transition to market economy in Ukraine the problem of domestic production quality has become of paramount importance. Analysis of existing tendencies of development of mechanical engineering in Khmelnitsky region has shown that contrary to insignificant increase of volume of production, qualitative growth of performance characteristics remains on a low level. Successful operation of enterprises is conditioned by changes in priority directions of improvement production quality towards stimulation of labour potential. We suggest creating integration systems monitoring quality. These systems aim at meeting ISO standards using methods of quality assurance incorporated in TQM concept. Modification of operation on quality improvement on the new scientific and methodological basis can ensure introduction of TQM with its system principles and approaches. |
