| Abstract: | Рассматриваются природа и генезис института власти-собственности в контексте эволюционного анализа и историчности. Автор, применяя эволюционную концепцию к экономическим феноменам, выявляет основные типы института собственности и определяет сущность и признаки института власти-собственности и приходит к выводу о том, что в российской экономике институт власти-собственности сохранился и продолжает доминировать. Эта проблематика актуализирует исследования государственной экономической политики, направленной на трансформацию институтов национального хозяйственного порядка с учетом особенностей предыдущей эволюции основных составляющих институциональной организации экономики, одним из которых является институт собственности. |
| Description: | This article considers the nature and genesis of the institution of power-property in the context of evolutionary analysis and historicity. As a result of applying of the evolutionary concept to economic phenomena the author identifies the main types of institution of property, identifies the nature and characteristics from the Institute of power-property and concludes that in the Russian economy the institute of power-property is preserved and continues to dominate. This issue updates the study of state economic policy aimed at the transformation of institutes of national economic order, taking into account the peculiarities of the preceding evolution of the main components of the economic institutional organization one of which is the institute of ownership. |
