| Abstract: | Проведен сравнительный анализ институциональной конкурентоспособности в экономике. Установлено, что институционное закрепление функциональных связей между экономическими субъектами определяет доступ к определенному массиву ресурсов в обществе. Определено, что успешность трансформационного процесса зависит от того, какие связи преобладают, и влияние каких снижается и нивелируется. Обосновано, что степень развития институтов является важнейшим фактором, определяющим институциональную конкурентоспособность страны. Определены направления преодоления узости и фрагментарности работы функционирующих институтов. |
| Description: | The author of the article gives a comparative analysis of institutional competitiveness in the economy. It is established that the institutional fixation of the functional relationships between economic subjects determines access to a specific set of resources in society. It is defined that the successful transformation process depends on which relationships dominate and which become less influential and negligible. It is substantiated that the degree of institutions development is a primary factor which defines institutional competitiveness of the country. The strategies to overcome the bottlenecks and discrepancies of the functioning institutes are defined. |
