| Abstract: | Досліджено еволюцію інституціонального порядку реалізації інтересів привласнення. Виявлено властивий цим поступам критерій, умови привласнення інтелектуального продукту, етапи адаптації інституціонального порядку, його типові характеристики. Запропоновано поліморфний тип інституціонального порядку для вирішення інституціональних проблем ефективної держави. Впровадження цього порядку реалізації інтересів привласнення інтелектуального продукту передбачає регулюючу взаємодію інститутів ринку, громадськості й держави. |
| Description: | The purpose of the paper is to research the evolution of institutionalized order of implementing appropriation. It reveals certain criteria characteristic of these stages, the conditions of intellectual ownership appropriation, adaptation stages of the institutional order, its typical characteristics. The paper highlights polymorphic type of institutionalized order for solving institutional problems in an effective country. The implementation of this order of intellectual product appropriation presupposes regulating influence of the institutions of the market, public and country. |
