| Abstract: | Розглянуто сутність понять «енергетична безпека держави», «енергетична безпека регіону». Визначено фактори рівня захищеності енергобезпеки регіону від зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз. Для регіонів, забезпечених власними енергоресурсами, запропонована система показників і градації оцінки рівня енергетичної безпеки, а також основні напрямки механізму її забезпечення. |
| Description: | The essence of the concepts of "the country’s energy security", "energy security in the region" is defined. The factors of the energy security level in the region from external and internal threats are determined. For the region with their own energy resources, there is proposed a system of indicators and grading assessment of the level of energy security, as well as the main directions of the mechanism to achieve it. |
