Abstract:	В цієї статті розглядаються основні проблеми з якими може зустритися викладач-керівник при організації практики студентів соціальних факультетів. Відображено значення соціального працівника в цілому для суспільства, розгля-даються проблеми інтеграції теорії і практики студентів, анализируються етапы организації практики та роль викладача практики у процесі ії организації. Конкретизируються форми работи з клієнтом соціальної служби та змістовні ії елементи, на які слід звернути увагу при підготовці спеціалистів в області соціальної работи.
Description:	In the given work features of the organization and planning of educational practice are covered by preparation of social workers. Value of the social worker as a whole for a society is reflected, problems of integration of the theory and practice of students are considered, stages of the organization of practice and a role of the teacher of practice are analyzed during its organization. Forms of work with the client of a social service and their substantial elements to which it is necessary to pay attention by preparation of experts in the field of social work are concretized.
