| Description: | The article identified and considered approaches of neoinstitutional theory and the possibility of their application in real conditions. The object of research is considered Krivoy Rog region. The subject of research is to support the development of the infrastructure provided mono product development. There is considered a possibility and ways of support of small business at a regional level. |
