Abstract: Разработан метод синтеза робастного управления электроприводами механизмов обмоточных машин с учетом упругих элементов. Приведен пример динамических характеристик синтезированной системы.
Description: We developed a method of winding machine electric drive robust control synthesis taking into account resilient members. An example of synthesized system’s dynamic characteristics is provided. The quality of the coating process of winding strips greatly determined by accuracy of process parameters to maintain a certain level. To maintain the speed of rotation of the driving mechanism and tension of winding tape wrapping machines are equipped with modern electromechanical systems of automatic maintenance of process parameters at a given level. Wrapping machine as an object of tension control winding tape and speed of rotation of the drive mechanism is a non-stationary object, the parameters of which vary widely in the process. The most significant change in the parameters of winding machine is in process of development winding ribbon with a mug in the winding cables. This changes the inertia moment a circle with a radius of winding tape and tape winding descent circle of.
