| Abstract: | Рассмотрены вопросы совершенствования методов оценки эффективности инновационных проектов. Внимание обращено на необходимость учитывать не только экономические показатели такие как приведенная стоимость, внутренняя норма рентабельности, а и уровень риска, экономическую безопасность проекта. Приведена классификация факторов, влияющих на уровень экономической безопасности. Рассмотрены количественные оценки. Установлен закон распределения критериальных показателей проекта. Составлены расчетные формулы основных параметров бета-распределения: математического ожидания, среднеквадратического отклонения, вероятности достижения заданных параметров. Предложенный подход к оценке эффективности инновационных проектов повышает объективность полученных результатов при рассмотрении сравнительных вариантов как инновационных, так и инвестиционных проектов. |
| Description: | The questions of perfection of methods of estimation of efficiency of innovative projects. The attention is drawn to the need to consider not only economic indicators such as present value, internal rate of return and the risk level, the economic security of the project. Classification of factors influencing the level of economic security. Quantitative assessment. Installed the distribution of the criterial parameters of the project. Prepared formulas of the basic parameters of the beta distribution: the mathematical expectation of the standard deviation, the probability of achievement of the set parameters. The proposed approach to evaluation of efficiency of innovative projects increases the objectivity of the received results when considering the comparative variants of both innovative and investment projects. |
