| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается влияние условий, в которых протекает реформирование экономики Украины, на инвестиционные процессы в промышленности. На основании анализа сделаны выводы о том, что главными факторами, определяющими инвестиционную активность субъектов хозяйственной деятельности, является повышение платежеспособного спроса и создание условий для роста экспорта. Установлено, что в условиях нестабильности отношений собственности, при выборе источников финансирования инвестиций будут иметь преимущество те из них, которые несут наименьший риск утраты прав собственности. |
| Description: | The author considers the influence of the conditions which are characteristic for the period of Ukrainian economy reforming on the investment processes in industry. The analysis gives grounds to conclude that the main factors that determine the investment activity of the business subjects are the increase of the solvent demand and creation of conditions for growing export. It is found out that under conditions of instability in property relations, when selecting the sources for investment financing, the priority will be given to those which bear the least risk of losing the property rights. |
