| Abstract: | Виявлено роль банків у системі регіональних ринків. Виконано синтез визначення терміну "інвестиційний капітал територій". Проаналізовано стан кредитування банками суб'єктів господарської діяльності на територіях пріоритетного розвитку в Донецькій області. Запропоновано три принципи стимулювання інвестиційної діяльності на територіях пріоритетного розвитку в Донецькій області за участю банків, а саме: тристоронній баланс інтересів, система регіональних гарантій і принцип достатності банківського капіталу. |
| Description: | The role of banks within the system of regional markets is determined. The definition of the term "the territories' investment capital" is synthesized. The state of crediting the business activity subjects by the banks on the territories of priority development in Donetsk Region is analyzed. There are proposed three principles to stimulate the investment activity with participation of banks on the territories of priority development in Donetsk Region, namely: trilateral balance of interests, the system of regional guarantees and the principle of the banking capital sufficiency. |
