| Abstract: | Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы организации оплаты труда на предприятиях в условиях рыночной экономики. Предложен метод реализации принципа оплаты труда по конечному результату деятельности на коммунальных предприятиях теплосети, учитывающий специфические особенности их деятельности. В частности, рекомендован способ формирования средств на оплату труда по нормативу, предусматривающий разделение ФОТ на гарантированную его часть и переменную, подлежащую распределению между работниками по их трудовому вкладу в коллективные результаты труда. |
| Description: | The authors study the urgent issues of labour remuneration organization in the companies under market economy. They propose the method of applying the labour remuneration principle according to the final results of activity at the public heating companies, taking into account the specificity of their activity. In particular, they recommend the way of creating the labour remuneration fund to pay labour according to the norms that mean dividing the wage fund into the secured part and variable part which will be distributed among the workers according to their labour input in the collective labour results. |
