| Description: | The state of the modern metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine, stiff competition in the world markets reflects the need to conduct their modernization and reconstruction, which requires large investments, which they did not have. An effective way of development is the integration, which allows to reduce the costs of producers and to ensure the necessary investments. |
