| Abstract: | Рассмотрена экономическая сущность специального режима инвестиционной деятельности. Обоснована необходимость введения специального режима с целью ускоренного регионального развития в странах с переходной экономикой. Проанализированы особенности использования специального режима на примере СЭЗ, ТПР, технопарков в Украине. Выявлены основные проблемы, препятствующие ходу инвестиционного процесса в условиях специального режима, и предложены пути решения обозначенных проблем. |
| Description: | The economic nature of the special regime of investment activity is considered. There is proven the necessity to introduce the special regime in order to boost the regional development in the transitional economies. There are analyzed the peculiarities of applying the special regime on the example of FEZ, TPD, techno parks in Ukraine. There are discovered the main problems impeding the investment process under conditions of the special regime, there are proposed the ways to solve the problems stated. |
