| Abstract: | Рассматриваются отношения акционерной собственности и управлению ею; выделены пять групп акционеров с различными интересами и степенью контроля над предприятием. Используя институциональный подход, сделан вывод о том, что собственнику необязательно обладать всем «пучком» прав, ему нужны права того уровня, который достаточен для эффективного функционирования предприятия. |
| Description: | Discusses the relationship of stock ownership and management; identifies five groups of shareholders with different interests and the degree of control over the enterprise. Using the institutional approach, it is concluded that the owner does not necessarily have all the «beam» rights, he needs right from the level that is sufficient for the effective functioning of the enterprise. |
