| Description: | The following conceptual approaches to defining an effective proprietor are considered: the influence of transaction costs on the operation of businesses controlled by various groups of the dominant proprietors; factors determining the degree of the proprietors' motivation to utilize the assets of the company under control socially effectively; management of the corporate profit and dividend policy. |
